Puppy Health Guarantee

•                      Every precaution has been taken to insure your puppy is healthy! This puppy has been dewormed since 2 weeks of age, and has been vaccinated. I do not guarantee against any internal or external parasites. (Coccidiosis, giadiasos, worms, or ear mites) or ( parvo, red or sarcoptic mange).I do not guarantee against hernias and hypoglycemia.(will receive instructions on how to prevent hypoglycemia in care package).
•                    A licensed veterinarian must examine this puppy within the first 48 hours of acquiring your new puppy, for the protection of purchaser and seller.  The exam must include a stool check for parasites. Both flotation and smear test are required. Should licensed veterinarian find puppy in unacceptable health within 48-hour period of buyer acquiring puppy, I should be notified and puppy returned to me with written statement from licensed veterinarian stating the diagnosis. Seller will have puppy re-examined by licensed veterinarian to verify state of health. If seller's vet feels puppy is healthy and sound, NO exchange or refund. This agreement will be void! (If a licensed veterinarian does not examine this puppy in 48 hours of receiving, no health guarantee is made and contract in entirety will be void immediately, and NO exchange will be made!)
•                    If your puppy dies within 48 hours of receiving it, the purchaser must have an autopsy performed at purchaser's expense, by a licensed veterinarian, to determine cause of death. If death due to illness which puppy had prior to purchase, and not do to neglect on buyer's part, it will be the seller's option to replace offer a puppy of equal value. If one is not available, purchaser must pay difference in price or wait for a puppy to become available. (If seller opts to give refund of purchased price only, all mentioned terms must be met).
•                     All veterinarian bills are the responsibility of buyer.
•                    No guarantee against double set of teeth, ear set (if breed calls for standing ears), loose knees (luxating patella).
•                     We do not guarantee color or size of any puppy! Puppies change colors sometimes, when they grow older!
•                     We do NOT guarantee breed ability of any of our pups. We strive to raise good quality pets only. We recommend spaying or neutering your pet, for a happier relationship!
•                     This guarantee does not apply to any puppy sold at reduced price for any reason. They are sold as is with no guarantee! 
•                     This agreement is nontransferable and is void if puppy is sold and/or full or partial ownership is transferred to another person.
